Once payment is confirmed, license keys and download instructions are sent to the customer’s registered email address. In most cases, delivery occurs within minutes, though it may take up to 24 hours during verification or high-demand periods.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address. If delivery is delayed due to incorrect information, our support team will assist after verifying the order. If the product email is not received, customers should check spam or junk folders before contacting support. We can resend the license once the request is verified.
