Refund Policy

At (Anti Store Expert), we handle digital product sales with the understanding that antivirus software operates differently from physical goods. Once a license is issued and activated, it becomes tied to the user environment. Because of this, our refund policy is structured to balance fairness with the nature of software licensing.

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated, registered, or used in any way. Once activation occurs, the license is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for return.

Customers who purchase the wrong product or duplicate licenses are encouraged to contact support before activation. In many cases, we can correct the order or provide an alternative solution without requiring a refund.
Refunds are not issued under the following conditions:
  • The license key has been activated or partially used
  • The product has been downloaded and installed
  • The request is made after the 7-day window
  • The issue relates to system incompatibility not disclosed at purchase

In situations where a license key is confirmed to be invalid, non-functional, or incorrectly issued, we will first provide a replacement. If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be processed. To request a refund, customers must submit their order details along with a brief explanation. Once reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

We do not use refund policies as a barrier. If there’s a legitimate issue, we address it directly. The goal is to resolve problems—not prolong them.
